In 1989 because of revolutions nearly Germany, the east government allowed citizens to cross the countries borders.

  1. I am not sure what you are trying to say here: "In 1989 because of revolutions nearly Germany, the east government allowed citizens to cross the countries borders." ???
The wall was demolished in 1989 by German citizens on both sides and the then communist government of East Germany had little to say in the process.
